A 14-unit apartment complex in Uptown Whittier with value-add opportunity has traded hands between a private seller and a Los Angeles-based partnership. The deal was highly competitive and received multiple offers.

Located at 6330 Newlin Avenue in Uptown Whittier, the property is in a prime area within the city and considered the historic Heart of Whittier. The apartment community consists of 11 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and three one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. Built in 1963, the 13,316-square-foot building sits on a 14,710-square-foot parcel.
