CRYSTAL CITY, VA – JBG Smith has submitted plans todevelop a mixed-use project on its acquired land at NationalLanding.
The current plans, submitted to Arlington County, comprise235,000 square feet of trophy office space and 5,000 square feet ofstreet-level retail. Located at 101 12th Street, thenine-story building will feature underground parking, open space, anew park, street-level retail, a fitness center and a ninth-floorterrace. The building is intended to serve as a gateway betweenLong Bridge Park and the north-end of National Landing.
