Goodman Buys 65-Acre Industrial Project in Fullerton

The developer plans to redevelop the existing manufacturing and distribution center on the site.

The Goodman Group has acquired a 65-acre industrial project with a manufacturing and distribution center in Fullerton. The developer plans to redevelop the existing facilities on the site into a modern logistics campus.

The site will be rebranded the Goodman Logistics Center Fullerton, and will supports construction of up to 1.5 million square feet of new space. The four-building campus will have spaces ranging from 170,000 to 1.5 million square feet, or users can develop their own built-to-suit facility to support their specific requirements. The property will feature potential for cargo/commuter rail service, significant paved trailer parking and cross dock functionality with multiple points of ingress/egress.

The new facility will represent almost half of the 3.2 million square feet of logistics space currently available for lease in the entire infill Los Angeles market. The site has the potential to generate hundreds or thousands of new jobs for the City of Fullerton. It will be ready for occupancy in 2021.
