CHICAGO—Qualtrics, which is headquartered in Provo, UT and Seattle, has signed a lease deal totaling 25,000 square feet at 191 North Wacker Drive here.

The customer services firm plans to hire more than 200 employees for its new Chicago office that will begin operations next spring. Christine Choi Moore and JD Strode with Manulife Investment Management represented building management.

The Chicago office will be Qualtrics’ 25th global office. Most of the new hires will be specialized in the areas of client success, sales, support and delivery and implementation.

“The Chicago talent pool is exceptional and we couldn’t be more excited to establish our Midwest hub in this city,” says Michael Shields, global procurement, real estate, and facilities leader, Qualtrics.
