Rockefeller Group, a national owner and developer of real estate, has topped out its first luxury residential tower called the Rose Hill located at 30 E29th Street in the NoMad submarket.

NEW YORK CITY – Rockefeller Group, a national owner and developer of real estate, has topped out its first luxury residential tower called the Rose Hill located at 30 E29th St. in the NoMad submarket.

The building’s name is a nod to the neighborhood once known as Rose Hill, where the 130-acre Rose Hill Farm estate once stood. Standing 45-stories tall, the property comprises 123 condominium units, which are slated to open in 2020.

Condominium offerings include studios to four-bedroom units in a variety of layouts and with private outdoor space. Prices start at $1.2 million and up. Crowning the top floors of the building are penthouses.
