Old Town Plaza in San Diego has reached 95% occupancy. The San Diego retail property signs six recent leases to nearly fill up the 65,000-square-foot center.

The recent leases include Campos EPC for 7,687 square feet of space; Knox Attorney Services, which signed a lease for 3,233 square feet of space; Wohl Management Group, which signed a lease for 359 square feet of space; Leonardo DRS, which signed a lease for 1,494 square feet; Global Defense Inc., which signed a new lease for 3,266 square feet of space; and finally Ignyte, which signed a new lease for 2,929 square feet of space.

Leading the leasing efforts for Old Town Plaza are Brandt Riedman, Richard Gonor and Tony Russell of JLL. The team represented Casey Brown Company in each lease.
