Construction to Begin on Nearly $20M Heart and Vascular Center

The $19.5-million project will total 17,750 square feet above the hospital’s emergency department and will combine heart and vascular services on one floor to address the growing number of procedures performed at the medical center, hospital officials state.

BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ—Officials with Hackensack Meridian Health Ocean Medical Center revealed plans last week to begin construction this month on a new Heart and Vascular Center here.

The $19.5-million project will total 17,750 square feet above the hospital’s emergency department and will combine heart and vascular services on one floor to address the growing number of procedures performed at the medical center, hospital officials state.
