The Irvine Co. hassigned five new tenants at its Centerside property in the MissionValley area of San Diego. The lease transactions total 26,000square feet, and include SGPA Planning & Architecture; FairwayIndependent Mortgage Corp.; Horrocks Engineers; Pearlman Brown& Wax; and Anser Advisory.

The leases were signed at Centerside I – 3111 Camino del RioNorth. The property features 13-story and 16-story towers andamenities, including The Commons with a new lakeside deck,energizing fitness and wellness spaces through Irvine Company'ssignature amenity KINETIC.

In San Diego, Irvine Company owns nine million square feet ofoffice workplace communities in Del Mar Heights, Downtown, La JollaUTC, Mission Valley, and Sorrento Mesa.
