NEW YORK CITY – Sherwood Equities has signed lease renewals withtwo of Times Square's most high-profile retailers. They are the30,000-square-foot M&M's store at 1600 Broadway and the20,000-square-foot Olive Garden Italian Restaurant at 2 TimesSquare.

"These renewals reflect the enormous brandingpower our locations confer – not only the retail space but also theunsurpassed signage visibility," says Brian Turner, president ofSherwood Outdoor, in a prepared statement.
