Greystar has signeda lease with Choice Market, an expanding convenience store, at itsnew Parq on Speer property. The apartment complex is a new 16-storymixed-use community with 12,000 square feet of retail space.

The property is located in the Creative District just outsidedowntown Denver and is owned and operated by affiliates ofGreystar, a global leader in the investment, development andmanagement of rental housing properties. Residences encompassstudio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans—townhomes andpenthouse suites—with square footage spanning 545 to 3,517 squarefeet.

The market, which will be open until at least 3 a.m., willfeature an array of groceries and specialty items, includingorganic diary and produce, local craft beer with an option to buildyour own six-pack, hot and cold "grab 'n go" salads, wraps, coldpressed juices and snack packs, homemade soup, breakfastburritos and rotisserie chicken.
