Veteran Real Estate Attorney Joins Holland & Knight Law Firm

PHILADELPHIA— Real estate attorney Marcy Hart has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Hart, who has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and corporate finance, was most recently a partner at Fox Rothschild in Philadelphia.

Hart represents national and local developers and family offices, along with private equity and institutional investors and funds, in real estate transactions involving diverse capital sources, including tax credits, preferred equity, mezzanine and private and public institutional debt, Holland & Knight states.

Holland & Knight is a global law firm with more than 1,300 lawyers and other professionals and maintains 28 offices throughout the world.

She also advises clients on the formation, structure, strategic alliance and investment in and with joint ventures and portfolio companies, as well as subsequent exit strategies and related acquisition and sale transactions. Hart received a J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Wellesley College. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
