PARSIPPANY, NJ—Telecommunications firm Client Instant Access, LLC has signed a lease for more than 3,000 square feet of office space at the 111 Littleton Road office building here.

The deal with the high-tech telecom firm at the 36,289-square-foot office building was reported by NAI James E. Hanson. The firm’s Josh Levering, SIOR and Nicholas DePaolera represented the landlord, Commercial Realty Group in the transaction.

Client Instant Access is a state-of-the-art dialing, messaging and conferencing service provider founded in 1997. Previously headquartered in Parsippany, the firm’s relocation to 111 Littleton allows the company to streamline operations and increase efficiency for their team’s ability to service existing and new customers, NAI James E. Hanson states. Specifically, 111 Littleton’s amenities, layout, access, back-up generator, on-site ownership and management will ensure a seamless headquarter office for Client Instant Access’ technology-driven platform, they add.

Levering credits the building ownership’s “reinvention” of the property for creating tenant interest in the office building.

Recent improvements and renovations include a new façade, a new two-story atrium, increased parking, landscaping, new restrooms, and full common area upgrades. The building’s smaller floor plates make 111 Littleton the only building in the area able to accommodate small to medium-sized businesses seeking modern, high tech amenities, NAI James E. Hanson notes.
