Allen Matkins rings in the holiday season. Last week, the Los Angeles-based real estate law firm hosted its enviable holiday party at the California Club in Downtown Los Angeles. The tenant roster—an impressive list of 700 guests—included Allen Matkins' top clients and top-tier professionals. The evening included a live jazz duo on the guitar and piano and a photo booth. Guests dined on hors d'oeuvres of shrimp cocktail, sushi, crab cakes, duck egg rolls, and the traditional prime rib sandwiches. Eggnog and peppermint martinis helped to spread the holiday cheer. Allen Matkins partners were of course in attendance, along with commercial real estate industry leaders like Michael Miller of Inception REIT, Shikha Rehman of Bank of the West and Eric Moore of Avison Young.
