Getz Rejoins JLL to Lead its NJ Property Management Biz

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Real estate veteran Dana Getz has rejoined JLL as senior vice president and leader of its New Jersey property management business.

Getz, who has more than 23 years’ experience in the New Jersey real estate market and most recently served as a senior vice president at P3 Properties. In her new role, Getz will spearhead business development opportunities as well as oversee operations for the firm’s current New Jersey office property management portfolio.

She took on her new post at JLL in October, the brokerage firm reports.

Getz joined JLL’s New Jersey office in 2007, working with the firm’s property management group for more than 10 years as a group manager and senior vice president. While there, she was responsible for providing property management services for New Jersey assets totaling more than 1.3 million square feet.

Earlier in her career, Getz was a senior real estate manager for CB Richard Ellis Inc. She launched her career in real estate in South Florida, relocated to New Jersey and began working for JLL throughout the Tri-State area. Her roles with the firm over a period of nine years spanned multiple aspects of the real estate industry as a project manager, regional analyst and lastly as facility manager.

Getz has received the firm’s Beacon Award, which honors JLL professionals for excellence in people management, as well as the firm’s Continued Excellence Award in overall performance. She has guided her teams to strive for excellence in operations, achieving The Outstanding Building of the Year awards from the Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey on both local and regional levels.
