EverWest Real Estate Investors has completed 1925 East Maple, a $24 million warehouse conversion project. The project transformed a 1950s-built former warehouse into a new class-A creative office project.

The building will be fully occupied under a long-term lease to Science Applications International Corp., a 23,000-employee company providing high-end engineering, IT and missions solutions to defense, space, civilian and intelligence customers. It is scheduled to move in next June.

The 1925 East Maple building is on 2.4 acres at the intersection of Interstate 105 and Highway 1, less than two miles from Interstate 405 and minutes from the amenities of the El Segundo/ Manhattan Beach waterfronts. EverWest purchased the property in late 2017 and over the next 15 months implemented a major redesign to create a 45,270-square-foot, one-story open floor office design.
