The Luzzatto Co. hassecured a $30 million loan to refinance Exposition 2, a creativeoffice development totaling 56,000 square feet at the intersectionof Crenshaw and Exposition in Los Angeles. The loan has a 10-year,fixed-rate term with an New York-based life company.
Located at 3339 Exposition Boulevard, the property is positionedin the heart of the West Adams district, one of the fastest growingsubmarkets for creative companies in Los Angeles. Thislocation has abundant transportation options, including the BundyExpo Line station, Interstates 405 and 10 and convenient access tothe Santa Monica Airport. Renovated in 2019, 3339Exposition Boulevard is fully leased to GOAT, an online sneakermarketplace.
