NEW YORK CITY – Newly launched commercial real estate brokerage Atlas Realty Group Partners is the new kid on the block. Three veteran brokers have teamed up to launch and grow an investment sales advisory firm focused on various asset classes and aspects of the New York City market as many view the asset class entering a mature phase.

Principals of the firm include Shlomo Antebi, Yosef Katz and Erik Yankelovich, three widely-known brokers in New York City. Antebi, Katz and Yankelovich have spent more than a decade working alongside each other at GFI Realty Services, where they developed a hearty book of business and had their boots to the ground. Combined they’ve transacted an estimated $4 billion in commercial property and have served as mentors to junior brokers learning the ropes after them, thus their motivation for launching ARG.

With steady demand from long-term buyers looking to invest in New York despite the maturity of the real estate sector that has complicated deals, the brokerage firm sees great potential to source business and work closely with new and existing clients aiming to pencil out deals. “In this climate, it’s particularly valuable for buyers and sellers to work with brokers who have the networks to connect them to the right deals and the knowledge and experience to serve as true advisors,” said Yankelovich.
