Western States Technologies has signed $11 million in lease transactions at its Southern California properties. The new leases include a 10-year, $7.5 million lease with Resonetics LLC and an 8-year lease with STARC.

Resonetics LLC will occupy 37,000 square feet at 10540 Heater Court in San Diego. Brant Aberg and Bryce Aberg with the San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield represented Western States in the lease transaction. Andrew Ewald with CBRE in San Diego represented Resonetics.

STARC signed a lease for 26,000 square feet of industrial space at 1041 Calle Trepadora in San Clemente. Brett Swartzbaugh and Don Yahn with Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine, California, office represented Western States in the transaction, with Byron Foss and Stefan Morris from JLL's Irvine office representing STARC.
