Massachusetts REIT Office Properties Income Trust has sold a 43,918 square-foot Kearny Mesa office building. The property is 100% leased to two tenants, Defense Contractor Management Agency and Schuff Steel Co.

Located at 9174 Sky Park Court, the building was originally built in 1986 and renovated in 2001. The building is adjacent to the Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport, one of the busiest airports for small aircrafts in the U.S.

CBRE's Louay Alsadek, Hunter Rowe and Brad Black represented the seller in the deal.
