The Union at Gilbert has traded hands for $15.8 million or $286 per square foot. The property is anchored by EOS Fitness and is 100% occupied.

The property is comprised of two buildings, totaling 55,283 square feet. In addition to EOS Fitness, the center has a complementary mix of internet-resistant food and service retailers, including Fantastic Sams, Athletico Physical Therapy, Bahama Buck's, and Celebrity Tanning among others.
