ARLINGTON, VA—Jefferson Apartment Group, a multifamily developerand operator specializing in apartment communities throughout theEast Coast, and its partner Mitsui Fudosan America, have topped outJ Sol, JAG's tallest project to date at 22 stories. Units will openin Spring 2020.

Greg Van Wie, JAG's VP and development partner, tellsGlobeSt.com that the building's projected cost will beapproximately $85 million. He notes that the building is a story ortwo taller than most in the area.
