TCC Begins Spec Office Project in Scottsdale

Trammell Crow Co. has started construction of Axis Raintree, a new speculative office property in Scottsdale, Arizona. Axis Raintree is a 175,000-square-foot class-A speculative office development in Scottsdale.

TCC acquired the land site in April 2019. It is currently under construction on a three-story building and structured parking garage, which will be complete in Q4 2020.

Designed by RSP Architects, the office building will feature a café lounge, 40-person training room, and views of the McDowell Mountains. Willmeng Construction is the project general contractor.
