LEDGEWOOD, NJ—Development firm Woodmont Properties of Fairfield,NJ hosted a ribbon cutting on Tuesday for its new luxury rentalapartment development Woodmont Parc at Roxbury.
The 230-unit development consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroomresidences that feature modern kitchens with quartz countertops,stainless-steel appliances and nine-foot ceilings. In addition,each residence offers a spacious layout, oversized windows,expansive walk-in closets and a private balcony or patio.
