Woodmont Parc at Roxbury Makes its Debut

LEDGEWOOD, NJ—Development firm Woodmont Properties of Fairfield, NJ hosted a ribbon cutting on Tuesday for its new luxury rental apartment development Woodmont Parc at Roxbury.

The 230-unit development consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences that feature modern kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and nine-foot ceilings. In addition, each residence offers a spacious layout, oversized windows, expansive walk-in closets and a private balcony or patio.
