Edelstein Named Co-Chair of CRE Section of Scarinci Hollenbeck Law Firm

Counsel Edelstein has more than a decade's experience handling a wide range of transactional real estate matters. She primarily focuses her practice on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and multi-family properties, leasing matters and mortgage financing.

Stephanie D. Edelstein will begin serving as co-chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s law firm’s CRE section on Jan. 1, 2020.

LYNDHURST, NJ—Among a number of key leadership changes at the law firm, Scarinci Hollenbeck reports that Stephanie D. Edelstein has been named co-chair of its Commercial Real Estate section.

Edelstein, who joined the firm in 2018, will begin serving as the CRE co-chair alongside partner Donald M. Pepe on Jan. 1, 2020. Counsel Edelstein has more than a decade’s experience handling a wide range of transactional real estate matters. She primarily focuses her practice on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and multi-family properties, leasing matters and mortgage financing.

The law firm also reports that counsel Jeffrey K. Cassin has been named co-chair of the law firm’s corporate transactions and business law section. He will serve along with partner Fred D. Zemel. Cassin has been with the firm since November 2016. His core practice is dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and corporate governance and securities law. His M&A practice includes acquisitions and dispositions of media, technology, insurance and human services companies, among others, in deals ranging from mom-and-pop shops to upper-middle market.

Scarinci Hollenbeck also announced that Jeffrey R. Pittard, counsel, has been named chair of the firm’s tax, trusts and estates section. Pittard has been a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Tax, Trusts & Estates practice group since he joined the firm in November 2016.
