A private investor operating as 10835 Camarillo Apartments has acquired Ionian Plaza in Lancaster for $6.2 million from a joint venture between Eliopulos Commercial and Industrial Development.

The property is a 22,790 square foot multitenant office building located at 42225 10th Street W. The property was 100% leased at the time of the sale to four tenants ranging in size from 1,720 to 15,930 square feet, including the Social Security Administration, which occupies 73% of the building.
