ATLANTA—A California-based development firm overseeing themulti-billion dollar repositioning of The Gulch will have a bird'seye view of the project after signing a long-term lease agreementat 101 Marietta Street in Downtown Atlanta.

The Dilweg Cos. announced that CIM Group and nine othercompanies have signed new lease agreements or extensions at theiconic 36-story Downtown office tower known for its trademarkchevron silhouette. CIM Group will occupy two of the new specsuites at 101 Marietta St. that overlook the firm's futureCentennial Yards mixed-use development in The Gulch. The new leaseagreements represent over 45,000 square feet of new and expandedoccupancy at the building.
