MINNETONKA, MN—Minneapolis-based multifamily developer andmanagement firm Dominium has acquired a 120,000-square-foot officebuilding here and will relocate its corporate headquarters toapproximately half of the Crest Ridge property.
The firm, currently headquartered at 2905 Northwest Blvd inPlymouth, MN, states that it will begin renovating the Crest Ridgebuilding in early 2020. Its preliminary plan calls for Dominium to occupy approximately half of the120,000 square foot building, with the remainder of the buildingavailable for lease.
