BORDENTOWN, NJ—Modell's Sporting Goods has signed a lease for inexcess of 312,000 square feet of space at Matrix Development's 201Old York Road building here.
The sporting goods retailer will house its logistics anddistribution operations in 312,373 square feet of space at thenewly built 569,147-square-foot facility, reports CBRE, which was abroker in the transaction. The firm had conducted a search forspace in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania to house thosefunctions.
