EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy has unveiled hisnew "Jobs NJ: Developing Talent to Grow Business in the GardenState" program that he says will be focused on providing trainingto workers in growing industry sectors in the state.
"For New Jersey to succeed in the 21st century economy, we mustclose the gap between the needs of employers and the skills ofprospective employees," says Gov. Murphy. "With our new plan, weare addressing this problem head-on by ensuring our residents havethe critical training and education they need for jobs that areavailable and in-demand, and connecting them to those jobs."
