Accounting Firm to Relocate to Nearly 40,000 SF in Parsippany

Sax LLP will be moving from 855 Valley Road in Clifton to the Latitude property by this August. The firm also maintains an office in Pennington, NJ, as well as two locations in Manhattan at 551 Madison Ave. and 350 Fifth Ave.

Latitude is a two-building, 700,000-square-foot campus on 35 acres in Parsippany, NJ.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—The accounting firm Sax LLP is relocating its headquarters offices in Clifton, NJ to 39,810 square feet of space at the Latitude office complex here.

The accounting firm’s deal at the property owned by a partnership of affiliates of Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners, L.P. is the latest transaction at the 700,000-square-foot, two-building complex that is undergoing improvements to transform the property into what the ownership states will be a next-generation, holistic workplace with a design theme that features collaborative spaces inspired by properties in New York City, Denver and Los Angeles.

Tim Greiner and Brendan McBride of JLL represented Sax LLP in the lease deal at the Latitude property.

Vision Real Estate and Rubenstein also report that last month, Reckitt Benckiser, a British consumer good company, signed a 187,000-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at the property.

Joseph Damiano, managing partner at Sax LLP, says that as the company has grown, the firm has been looking to find a location “that brings our capabilities to the next level and strengthens us for the future. Latitude provides us with world-class services, amenities and an environment that will help us attract the next generation of our workforce.”

The Morris County property features two symmetrical five-story wings comprised of offices, meeting spaces, and lifestyle services and experiences. The wings connect through a new central glass atrium featuring common areas, multiple dining options, fitness centers and city-themed spaces for collaboration.
