ISELIN, NJ—French global banking firm BNP Paribas has signed alease extension for its 53,186 square feet of offices on two floorsat the Woodbridge Corporate Plaza here.
The deal with building owner KBS will allow BNP Paribas tocontinue to fully occupy the first and third floors of Building Dat the six-building, 630,000-square-foot complex. Joe Messina,Allison Melichar and James Schroeder of JLL represented BNP Paribasin the transaction.
