WASHINGTON DC – Columbia Property Trust Inc. has launched a105,000-square-foot vertical expansion at the class-A officeproperty, 80 M Street in Washington DC.
The firm will soon begin construction on top of the existing286,000-square-foot building; adding two new floors and a habitablepenthouse to the property.
