MONTVALE, NJ—The law firm Beattie Padovano LLC has signed along-term lease deal and will occupy 20,000 square feet of space atthe Workplace North Market office building, which is currentlyunder construction here.
The law firm has signed a 12-year lease deal with building ownerThe S. Hekemian Group of Edgewood, NJ at the 52,000-square-footmixed-use office and retail building. The firm will will occupy theentire fourth floor and a portion of the third floor of four-storybuilding, which is located between West Grand Avenue and PhilipsParkway in Montvale. Beattie Padovano is relocating to the buildingfrom nearby 50 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale.
