Law Firm Signs Lease Deal at Former Mercedes-Benz Property

The law firm has signed a 12-year lease deal with building owner The S. Hekemian Group of Edgewood, NJ at the 52,000-square-foot mixed-use office and retail building.

MONTVALE, NJ—The law firm Beattie Padovano LLC has signed a long-term lease deal and will occupy 20,000 square feet of space at the Workplace North Market office building, which is currently under construction here.

The law firm has signed a 12-year lease deal with building owner The S. Hekemian Group of Edgewood, NJ at the 52,000-square-foot mixed-use office and retail building. The firm will will occupy the entire fourth floor and a portion of the third floor of four-story building, which is located between West Grand Avenue and Philips Parkway in Montvale. Beattie Padovano is relocating to the building from nearby 50 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale.
