PHILADELPHIA—Commercial real estate brokerage firm WCRE reportsthat the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey office markets heldsteady in 2019, with strong leasing volume and low vacancyrates.
In the firm's fourth quarter 2019 report on the Southern NewJersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania markets, WCRE states thatalthough leasing activity was down overall, vacancy rates remainedlow and gross leasing absorption was positive, although trendinglower when compared quarter-over-quarter.
