CONCORD, CA—Sutter Square, a 174,689-square-foot nine-storyoffice building located at 1800 Sutter St. near downtown, has soldto a joint venture between Barker Pacific Group and Iron PointPartners. The sale price was $30.9 million.
Meridian, a real estate developer and owner of medical officereal estate, acquired the property in August 2017, when thebuilding was 78% occupied. During its ownership, Meridian investedmore than $4 million in interior renovations and brought occupancyup to nearly 90%.
