NEW YORK CITY- The Wyldwyck River Camp, a 122-acre fully entitled development site in Saugerties, New York, has traded hands between seller Agawam Hospitality Group and buyer HA Hudson Resort.  The site is expected to welcome a hotel pegged to the growing trend of health and wellness tied to nature and the outdoors.  Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction.

“This 122-acre site is located in a niche market that’s largely untapped, providing a unique opportunity for investors,” Michael Gembecki of Cushman tells GlobeSt.com. “We saw strong interest in this site, as the planned four-season experiential, boutique hotel is positioned perfectly to capitalize on the growing health and wellness trend.”

Wyldwyck River Camp is an approximately 122-acre property at the foot of the Catskill Mountains. Equipped with over 1,400 feet of river frontage on the western bank of the Hudson River.  The development site is fully entitled and approved for the construction of a four-season experiential, boutique hotel focused on improving personal health and well-being. Upon completion, the proposed property will feature trails, ponds and orchards, and specific build-outs for additional revenue streams, including event hosting, spa services, fitness offerings and farm-to-table restaurants.
