NEW YORK CITY- SeagisProperty group, an owner and operator of industrial buildings, isleasing its 35,576-square-foot warehouse in Sunset Park. Thesingle-story building is located at 132 54th St. Jones Lang LaSallehas been selected to manage the leasingeffort.
