NEWARK, NJ—The law firms of Greenberg Dauber Epstein &Tucker PC and Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford PC have signedlease deals totaling more than 34,000 square feet at the OneGateway office building here.
Law firm Greenberg Dauber Epstein & Tucker signed afive-year lease extension for 10,823 square feet and will continueto occupy the sixth floor at One Gateway. Law firm Landman CorsiBallaine & Ford agreed to a 10-year lease extension andexpansion to 23,563 square feet and will now occupy the 22nd and23rd floors at the 543,494-square-foot One Gateway officebuilding.
