Arc of Hunterdon County to Relocate Operations to Hampton Office Building

The deal brokered by CBRE involves Arc’s move this April from its current administrative offices at 1465 Route 31 South in Annandale to the 277,000-square-foot property owned by Shelbourne Global Solutions of New York City.

HAMPTON, NJ—The non-profit The Arc of Hunterdon County will be relocating its operations in a few months from Annandale, NJ to 22,000-square-feet of office space at the 53 Frontage Road building here.

The deal brokered by CBRE involves Arc’s move this April from its current administrative offices at 1465 Route 31 South in Annandale to the 277,000-square-foot property owned by Shelbourne Global Solutions of New York City. CBRE senior associate John Goodwin negotiated the long-term lease for Arc.

The lease negotiations involved a buyout of part of an existing tenant’s lease as well as converting a portion of the cafeteria to create space for The Arc’s day programs, which will be separated from the rest of the building. CBRE was able to secure additional space at a lower price per square-foot.

Arc of Hunterdon County executive director Jeff Mattison says, “The new space offers our agency an opportunity to grow within an inviting and wholesome environment. The individuals that we support will undoubtedly thrive in this new setting which offers a number of attractive amenities.”
