International Logistics Firm Leases Entire Building in East Rutherford
With its lease of 343 Murray Hill Parkway, Axis Global Logistics will be able to service its growing client base in the New York City metropolitan market, according to NAI James E. Hanson.
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Axis Global, which is headquartered in North Bergen, NJ, has signed a full-building lease totaling 53,361 square feet at 343 Murray Hill Parkway here.
The lease deal was announced by NAI James E. Hanson. The brokerage firm’s Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, Patrick Lennon, Lorenzo Lambiase and Steve Pastor represented the landlord, 343 Murray Hill Parkway, Inc., in the transaction. Steve Elman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Axis Global in the lease deal negotiations.
343 Murray Hill Parkway is a single-story industrial building located adjacent to the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford. The building provides Axis Global with access to routes 3 and 17 as well as the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 80. Additionally, major transportation arteries such as Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport, and the George Washington Bridge lie only miles away from the property.
The property offers 16-foot to 21-foot ceiling heights, eight tailgates, three drive-ins and more than 35 trailer parking spaces.
