BRISTOL, WI—Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate reports itplans to begin construction later this year on the first twospeculative buildings totaling approximately 630,000 square feet ofits planned Bristol Highlands Commerce Center here.
HSA Commercial has acquired a 68-acre landparcel at Wilmot Road and 136th Avenue in Bristol, near I-94 andthe Wisconsin-Illinois border. The firm has already receivedapproval to develop a multi-phase business park on the parcelconsisting of three buildings totaling more than 1 million squarefeet.
