730 Third Ave.

NEW YORK CITY- Nationalaccounting firm Marcum, LLP, has secured a 70,728-square-footoffice lease at 730 Third Ave., moving from its current office at750 Third Ave., adding 10,000 square feet as the firm continues togrow its operations.  

Marcum aims to move into the27-story, 665,110-square-foot office tower by 2021. The property istwo blocks from Grand Central Terminal and will offer the firmaccess to a wraparound terrace. The accounting firm has offices inmore than 30 cities across the U.S. Newmark Knight Frank'sExecutive Managing Director Ross Perlman and Senior ManagingDirector Lee Brodsky represented the tenant in the leasetransaction.
