Northpoint office building at 20 Waterview, Parsippany, NJ

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Insurance company New Agency Partners is relocating its headquarters operations here to Vision Real Estate Partners' Northpoint office building at 20 Waterview.

NAP, a member of the Hilb Group, will occupy 6,600 square feet of the fourth floor at Northpoint at 20 Waterview, where Vision recently completed a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program that included a redesign of the building's lobby, amenities and common areas.

The insurance firm currently is headquartered at 99 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany and will relocate to Northpoint in April.

Resource Realty represented NAP in the transaction, while Colliers represented Vision Real Estate Partners.

As part of its transformation of the property, Vision implemented built-in seating that wraps around the lobby's structural columns and has integrated designated gaming areas that feature a full-sized pool table and a chessboard with four-foot-high pieces. In addition, private phone booths and collaborative work areas with WiFi and power ports complement the work environment. These newly added amenities and renovations help optimize employee productivity by providing an atmosphere that supports a balanced work-play environment, Vision Real Estate notes.

Vision Real Estate Partners currently is developing or redeveloping more than 2 million square feet of space in the New Jersey/New York regional market. The company has more than 100 acres of land parcels available for mixed-use and build-to-suit opportunities. Its Vision Management platform also currently oversees property management, financial reporting, and overall operational supervision for nearly 1.5 million square feet of office space on behalf of multiple strategic partners.
