Brown Promoted to Lead CBRE New Jersey Project Management Team

SADDLE BROOK, NJ—Eric Brown has been promoted by commercial brokerage firm CBRE to the position of Director of the New Jersey project management team.

Up until his appointment, Brown served as senior project manager at CBRE, where he partnered with clients and managed efforts of design consultants and general contractors to achieve project goals.

In his new role, Brown will focus on business development and will partner with CBRE’s leasing and sales professionals on new opportunities. He is also tasked to continue to grow CBRE’s project management offering in New Jersey and solidify its industrial project management service, while expanding the focus to various other services lines including life sciences, healthcare and higher education, among others.

In addition, in coordination with CBRE leasing professionals in New Jersey to support occupiers, he will work closely with agency and asset management to support landlords.

Brown has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including four years at VVA Project Managers as a Senior Associate. CBRE reports he has worked on large interior fit-outs, building repositioning and industrial projects.
