Avison Young Hires New Portfolio Manager for Real Estate Group

Commercial real estate services firm Avison Young has hired Dennis Sherry as senior portfolio manager of the firm’s real estate management group. He joins the company from Newmark Knight Frank and is tasked to oversee operations and bolster client relationships.

NEW YORK CITY- Commercial real estate services firm Avison Young has hired Dennis Sherry as senior portfolio manager of the firm’s real estate management group. He joins the company from Newmark Knight Frank and is tasked to oversee operations and bolster client relationships, according to Mitti Liebersohn, president and managing director of Avison Young’s New York City Operations. 

Sherry has over two decades of real estate experience in the various areas of property and facilities management, including portfolio planning, development, due diligence, negotiations, asset management and deal-sourcing.
