CAMDEN, NJ—Construction has officially begun on the fourth andfinal phase of The Branches at Centerville affordable housingdevelopment here.

Officials with the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage FinanceAgency and developer The Michaels Organization broke ground onWednesday on the project that will add 58 affordable seniorapartments to the development.
