NEW YORK CITY- Silverstein Properties, a New York-headquartered real estate development, investment and management company, has welcomed former Goldman Sachs real estate executive Dino Fusco to the company as chief operating officer to help grow the firm’s global footprint, according to Silverstein Properties Chairman Larry Silverstein.

Fusco, formerly the global head of Goldman Sachs’ corporate services, real estate and spend management, will have the role of driving the firm’s real estate strategy and managing the global real estate portfolio as well as related corporate service businesses.

Fusco joined Goldman Sachs in 1994, and during his time with the company helped to modernize the firm’s global workspaces, emphasizing principles such as workplace effectiveness, resiliency and environmental sustainability.

“I am thrilled to welcome Dino to Silverstein Properties,” Silverstein said in a prepared statement.  “Not only does Dino have an incredible track record and a sterling reputation, but he is a terrific person. He is a great leader, and will be a superb fit with the culture of our organization, particularly as we continue to expand nationally and overseas.”
