CEDAR HILL, TX—After the passing of a new liquor law, Spec'sWine Spirits & Finer Foods has leased a 16,770-square-footjunior anchor space at Cedar Hill Pointe for a new location. Spec'sis expected to open during the second quarter of 2020 at theregional-draw center located at the northwest corner of US Highway67 and Pleasant Run Road.
Cedar Hill Pointe benefits from its accessible visibleintersection that reports nearly 100,000 vehicles per day and adense trade area with approximately 160,000 people within afive-mile radius. And, a new exit ramp off of US 67 offersimmediate access to the center.
