Lee & Associates Expands Suburban Philadelphia Offices
The firm’s new 7,000-square-foot office at the 220 W. Germantown Pike office building doubles the size of its former operations in Fort Washington.
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA—National commercial brokerage firm Lee & Associates reports that to accommodate the growth of its operations, it is expanding its suburban Philadelphia office to Plymouth Meeting.
The firm’s new 7,000-square-foot office at the 220 W. Germantown Pike office building in Plymouth Meeting doubles the size of its former operations in Fort Washington.
“The company has more than doubled its footprint in 2019 alone. We couldn’t be happier with the growth we’ve enjoyed to date, and with the addition of critical service lines to round-out our full-service platform,” says Dave Grove, managing director of Lee & Associates.
The Eastern Pennsylvania office opened its doors in May 2015 with three principals. In 2019, the company added 11 agents and five additional support staff. As a result, the company now lists nearly 30 professionals.
The Mechanicsburg office has also leased additional adjacent space in the Rossmoyme Business Center.
